Shadows In Second Life

For some of you using the Kirsten viewer, you may have no doubt realized the possibilities of shadows in Second Life. Not only is the Kirsten viewer by far one of the best out there but with the implementation of shadow effects, this really outdoes the rest.


INSTRUCTIONS:



1. Download the SD2-R7 executable from here, and save to your hard drive

2. Double-click the saved file & install the SD2-R7 viewer

3. Double-click the SD2-RD7 desktop icon

4. At the login screen, 'Edit | Preferences' and set the graphics and network configurations

5. Log In

6. 'Advanced | Debug Settings' and set parmeters..
a) renderUseFBO = TRUE
b ) renderdefered = TRUE
